Leeds City College (The College) are looking to refurbish and redevelop a new education centre close to the new Quarry Hill development which is due to open in the next academic year. An open tender under OJEU guidelines to source a principle contractor to provide works and services to redevelop and refurbish a new leased building entering our group portfolio.
