Tender description

Radius Homes Ltd wishes to procure a framework panel of NEC ECC Project Managers for the provision of services in Northern Ireland. The framework will cover NEC3 ECC and NEC4 ECC Project Management Services required for the construction of all types of social, affordable and private housing. It is intended that the framework will operate for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further period of 1 year. For the purpose of this procurement any subsequent framework contracts arising from it, Radius Homes Limited will act as a central purchasing body.
