The purpose of this Prior Information Notice is to conduct initial pre-market engagement and not a call for competition. ACRO Criminal Records Office are a Policing Organisation, hosted by Hampshire Constabulary, with the aim to support law enforcement both in the UK and overseas, enabling criminal record data exchange. Having identified the organisation’s core processes, ACRO are looking to review them, to develop the systems, and ensure efficiencies across the board. ACRO intends to go out to market and commission a supplier before December 2019. In line with the above, the following key areas need specific focus: — automation, — the online portals, — definition of processes, — benchmarking of processes, — measure performance and efficiencies, — support and engagement with current IT provider ACRO are interested in engaging with suppliers to discuss the above and understand what solutions and approaches are available in the market and discuss how best to quantify and measure success and efficiencies.
