Tender description
On behalf of East Surrey Holdings Ltd, for their business entities, SES Water (Lot 1) and SES Business Water (Lot 2), to procure the services for a Billing and CRM Solution. SES Water, require a fully functioning, flexible CRM and billing solution to support the array of services and functionality that they currently offer to their customers. The system should either be capable of the full scope of services identified in the attached specification document or alternatively support full and simple integration with other systems to enable the desired services to be fulfilled.
