Approved Provider List for the Provision of High Needs Study Programme (HNSP) for Young People with Complex Needs (High Needs Learners) and Supported Internships

The Authority wishes to procure a joitn approved provider list for High Needs Study Programmes and Supported Internships. . The Authority’s Adult Learning & Skills Service provides support for young people with complex needs as part of a High Needs Study Programme. However, some of the support required is of a specialist nature and therefore cannot be met by the Authority. In order to meet these service delivery requirements, the Authority is required to sub-contract some of aspects of the High Needs Study Programme to specialist Providers. This contract will provide provision through an Approved Provider List which will enable the Authority to call-off with approved Providers for specific areas of learning support and skills.
