Newcastle City Council is seeking to appoint a provider to supply a lone worker solution for a minimum of a 24-month framework contract, with a further 2 x 12-month option to extend. The Authority does not currently have a consistent system in place and wishes to have a standard solution across all business areas. At the highest level, the Council wishes to: — procure a technological solution which is appropriate for all levels of protection required by a local authority, — remove manual processes, — provide a standard solution to support safe lone working.
