Tender description

Wokingham Borough Council are inviting tenders for the provision of 13 Home to School transport routes for secondary school students to operate throughout the academic year (190 days per annum). Each route is required to have a coach assigned to meet the seating capacity as stated in the service specification for each lot. Routes are divided into 13 lots, tenderers are permitted to bid for 1 or more lots. Lot 1 is for transport from the Eversley area and drop off at Yateley School and return. Coach seating capacity no less than 20. Lot 2 is for transport from the Arborfield area and drop off at Oakbank School and return. Coach seating capacity no less than 23. Lot 3 is for transport from the Arborfield area and drop off at Holt School and return. Coach seating capacity no less than 53. Lot 4 is for transport from the Shinfield area and drop off at Emmbrook School and return. Coach seating capacity no less than 53. Lot 5 is for transport from the Three Mile Cross area and drop off at Emmbrook School and return. Coach seating capacity no less than 53. Lot 6 is for transport from the Finchampstead area and drop off at Forest School and return. Coach seating capacity no less than 53. Lot 7 is for transport from the Swallowfield area and drop off at Forest School and return. Coach seating capacity no less than 53. Lot 8 is for transport from the Finchampstead area and drop off at Holt School and return. Coach seating capacity no less than 53. Lot 9 is for transport from the Lower Earley area and drop off at Holt School and return. Coach seating capacity no less than 53. Lot 10 is for transport from the Shinfield area and drop off at Forest School and return. Coach seating capacity no less than 53. Lot 11 is for transport from the Finchampstead area and drop off at Holt School and return. Coach seating capacity no less than 59.
