Stratford Waterfront Culture and Education Development, Sadler's Wells Brickwork & Roofing

Tender description

It is the intention of the London Legacy Development Corporation ('LLDC') as the Contracting Authority to put in place a contract, with one contractor, for the brickwork and roofing works for the Sadler's Wells East building at the Stratford Waterfront, Culture and Education Development at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, Stratford. The works required comprise the supply and fixing (and design where applicable) of external brickwork and roofing (Saw Tooth Roof structure including metal standing seam roof covering/brown roofs including paved areas) and internal brickwork, blockwork and screeding. More details on the scope will be available in the Works Information within the procurement documents. The works are due to be carried out on site between August 2020 and May 2021.
