Tender description

South Cambridgeshire District Council is seeking to select and appoint one Contractor to perform and deliver electrical testing, maintenance and repairs, upgrading, rewiring, installation of electrical heating apparatus and renewable technology within its domestic general needs, sheltered housing stock to include Void properties, block structures and communal facilities across the district. The Contract will be for a period of 5 years with the option to extend each and every year for a further 5 years at the discretion of SCDC. The form of contract will be the JCT Measured Term Contract 2016 and will be executed under the common seal of the Council. Please note that due to the nature of this contract SCDC cannot guarantee any volumes or values.
