Tender description
Medway Adult Education have used an MIS (AQUA), based on Education & Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) funding rules and regulations, for the past 20 years. The software is expected to be written to conform with all ESFA funding requirements, to produce funding claims and to record data regarding learners, courses and staff. As the incumbent provider is no longer able to supply the software, the Council is therefore looking to procure a replacement system and service in order to manage our provision and to produce funding claims.
