Project-management services other than for construction work

Tender description

A suitably qualified, knowledgeable, experienced and independent consultant is sought to provide specialist strategic project management services to the Council: — through strategic project management to work collaboratively with the Council and the Elvaston Castle and Gardens Trust and produce a fully researched and financially sustainable project plan proposal for Phase 1 of regeneration at Elvaston Castle, — to develop a strong development stage funding bid to appropriate funding bodies, — at the end of the development stage to produce a review of the development stage bid submission position, and a project plan proposal for the consequent delivery stage proposal requirements, and provide a consequent ongoing strategic project management service to develop delivery stage funding bid submissions, — to ensure that the bid outcomes are fully deliverable with a view to further project bids in the future to complete the overall regeneration of Elvaston Castle. A suitably qualified, knowledgeable, experienced and independent consultant is sought to provide specialist strategic project management services to the Council with a view to the following aims: — through strategic project management to work collaboratively with the Council and the Elvaston Castle and Gardens Trust and produce a fully researched and financially sustainable project plan proposal for Phase 1 of regeneration at Elvaston Castle, as proposed in the Elvaston Castle Master Plan, — to develop a strong development stage funding bid to appropriate funding bodies, taking all necessary steps to secure funding at an early stage and generally maximise the prospect of funding approval for all aspects of the project proposals, — at the end of the development stage to produce a review of the development stage bid submission position, and a project plan proposal for the consequent delivery stage proposal requirements, and provide a consequent ongoing strategic project management service to develop delivery stage funding bid submissions, with services commensurate with those implemented in the development stage, — to ensure that the bid outcomes are fully deliverable with a view to further project bids in the future to complete the overall regeneration of Elvaston Castle.
