Longhurst Group Leasehold Repairs and Maintenance Contract

Tender description

The Longhurst Group sought expressions of interest from suitably skilled and experienced Service Providers to provide responsive repairs, planned and cyclical servicing works to its leasehold property portfolio. Works will be delivered under a TPC 2005 (as amended) for a maximum of 10 years subject to the satisfactory performance of the appointed Service Provider. It will run for an initial 5 years with the option to extend by up to a further 5 years. Works will be delivered using a blend of Schedules of Rates plus day rates. The Longhurst Group followed a two-stage 'Restricted' procurement procedure in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Service Providers seeking to respond to this opportunity were required to complete and submit a Selection Questionnaire and its associated appendices. Full details of this opportunity and the requirements were within the procurement documents, which were available to download from the EU Supply portal. Following evaluation of submitted Selection Questionnaires, the Longhurst Group anticipated short listing 5 Service Providers to be Invited to Tender. The Longhurst Group reserved the right to increase that number by 1 or 2 if scores were very closely placed at the cut-off point.
