Zero Waste Scotland is looking for a single web development agency, with a proven track record of working with large, high profile Drupal sites, as well as wider PHP and ASP.net experience to provide on-going maintenance and development support for our existing websites, as well as supporting the development of new websites as required. Zero Waste Scotland wishes to appoint a supplier(s) to provide the following: A single web development agency, with a proven track record of working with large, high profile Drupal sites, as well as wider PHP and ASP.net experience to provide on-going maintenance and development support for our existing websites, as well as supporting the development of new websites as required. Specifically, this includes: — web design, digital design and UX development — existing and new sites, — web application development - existing and new sites, — module installation, configuration and updates to existing sites, — systems integrations — for example, working with LoginRadius user registration system and ClickDimenions/Dynamics CRM within the context of our websites sites to further develop their usage and benefits to users and Zero Waste Scotland, — review the performance management of Zero Waste Scotland’s Drupal sites, offering advice and configuring/optimising where required to maintain high performance, — securely manage Zero Waste Scotland’s website(s) codebase in a code revision repository, such as GitHub, — a dedicated account manager, — a clear outline of the project management and development process, with guaranteed response times for requests, broken down into categories as required, — monthly report of updates to Drupal core/modules, — monthly updates on hours used against the time-bank, — a project management/ticketing system such as Trello, Wrike or equivalent, — working closely with our hosts to ensure all technical elements of our websites work effectively and securely with our hosting environment, — working with Zero Waste Scotland’s Digital Communications Team to ensure effective implementation of analytics, including full event and download tracking, — providing Zero Waste Scotland with sandbox/testing and staging versions of our websites, — providing Zero Waste Scotland with detailed user guidelines for any new, implemented developments, — providing outline upgrade paths to Drupal 8 for future consideration, — any other unspecified Drupal or wider website related maintenance or development requirements that may occur throughout the duration of the contract. To be considered eligible for contract award, bidder’s must be capable of demonstrating that they have the required level of experience and the capacity/capability to deliver the requirements identified in the Contract Notice and associated tender document, where applicable.
