Enabling works contract to facilitate the future construction (under a separate contract) of a 42 No. unit housing development, including the following elements of works/design: - Demolition of boundary walls and railings. - Remedial works to sections of wall designated to remain. - Establish secure site boundary. - Site Clearance. - Design and construction of secant pile retaining wall. - Diversion of services where required. - Provision of service infrastructure. - Earthworks including bulk excavations and importation of granular fill material. - Footpath construction.
