Antrim and Newtownabbey Policing and Community Safety Partnership invites you to consider these Terms of Reference to provide the information and support required to deliver: A) High Risk Youth Intervention Programme within Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough 2019-2022; B) High Risk Youth Intervention Summer Programme within Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough 2019-2022. Antrim and Newtownabbey Policing and Community Safety Partnership invites you to consider these terms of reference to provide the information and support required to deliver both programmes below: (a) High Risk Youth Intervention Programme within Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough; (b) High Risk Youth Intervention Summer Programme within Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough. The Scheme will be delivered over the following periods: Year 1: 8.7.2019 to 31.3.2020; Year 2: 1.4.2020 to 31.3.2021; Year 3: 1.4.2021 to 31.3.2022.
