Tender description

Support obese adults to lose and maintain 5 % of their initial body weight and lead healthy lifestyles. Framework Agreement starts 1.5.2019. Three providers included on the framework. To support obese adults in Dorset, Bournemouth and Poole to lose and maintain 5 % of their initial body weight and lead healthy lifestyles. Provide in-person weight loss support, to eligible clients who will be referred into the service by Public Health Dorset. Promote sustainable lifestyle changes by addressing eating and activity behaviours and offering follow-up support over the course of a year. Deliver the service across the whole of Dorset’s geographical area and contribute to minimising health inequalities by offering equitable access.
