Andium Homes - Response Repair (All Trades Contract)

Tender description

Open to Local Companies Only - Contract Intended Start 1st January 2020 (5 year contract with extensions). The scope of the contract is the undertaking of Andium Homes’ Responsive Maintenance all trades (excluding mechanical and electrical works for which a current contract is already in place) on an island-wide basis to circa (currently) 4500 properties over 230 estates. This particular contract will be operated on a payment mechanism using a fixed price per property covering all works required and ordered up to a set cap value. Works outside the standard definition for price per property e.g. above the cap value and in communal areas etc are reimbursed separately using the M3NHF Schedule of Rates version 6.2, as adjusted by a tendered percentage. Key Performance Indicators will have a prime involvement in the monitoring of the contracting organisations. The tender will be assessed on quality and price.
