Tender description
To deliver Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks to candidates applying for a new or renewal Private Hire Vehicle (PHV) driver licence or taxi driver licence, who must all complete an Enhanced DBS check in order to be eligible for a licence. Additionally, for TfL’s Dial-a-Ride staff to have DBS checks, as they are frequently in contact with vulnerable groups.
