Servicing and Maintenance of Fire Safety Systems

Tender description

Oxford City Council (The Council) requires provision of Servicing and Maintenance for Fire Safety Systems. The Property section of Oxford City Council has a number of buildings containing Fire Alarm, Emergency Lighting, Fire Extinguisher, Dry Risers, Automatic Opening Vents (AOVs') and Sprinkler Installations. These are to be covered by this Servicing and Maintenance Contract and are as detailed attached schedules. The schedules include as much information as is available on the number of components in each building. The Council has 2 Divisions for whom work will be required Estates properties and Housing properties. The Council is looking for a single service provider, the contract shall be for an initial period of 3 years with an option to extend for a further 2 years. The Council reserves the right to cancel the procurement at any time and not to proceed with the award of any contract at any stage of the procurement process. The Council is using the South East Business Portal to carry out this procurement process.
