Repair and maintenance services of electrical and mechanical building installations

Tender description

Copeland Borough Council intends to tender for a competent Contractor to undertake maintenance of mechanical and electrical engineering installations for programmed, reactive and cyclical maintenance in its building stock (approximately 18 properties) within the Copeland Borough in West Cumbria. The work will consist of minor and major maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems, planned maintenance small projects, emergency call outs to buildings (24 hours a day, 7 days a week), all aspects of reactive maintenance relating to building or land and all other mechanical and electrical related works associated with the properties. The contract is expected to be for a 3-year period with 2 optional extensions each for 12 months duration, subject to good performance.
