Repair and maintenance services of building installations

Tender description

Copeland Borough Council intends to tender for a competent contractor to undertake the planned preventive and breakdown maintenance of building elements of public buildings and land assets within the Copeland Borough in West Cumbria. The contractor will provide a 24 hours a day, 7 days a week response for a full range of maintenance, repairs and minor works associated with the Councils assets. Examples include planned maintenance such as redecoration, reactive works such as repairs to doors windows, etc., emergency call out such as boarding up damaged windows, minor works such as new reception counters, construction of partitions and alterations. The contract is expected to be for a 3-year period with 2 optional extensions for 12 months subject to good performance.
