Tender description
Delivery of general advice services in Mid and East Antrim. Mid and East Antrim Borough Council are keen to ensure that residents of the Ballymena, Carrickfergus and Larne areas are able to access and obtain free, high quality advice and assistance from an easily accessible and identifiable source. The service provider must provide a general advice service to the public in accordance with the aims, principles and policies of a recognised advice providing body and adhere to a membership scheme or code of practice. This service must be independent, be impartial and offer a free service to all. Good customer service will be paramount.
