Tender description
The Northern Ireland Housing Executive requires a suitably qualified and competent contractor to provide a comprehensive installation, response and planned maintenance service for both any new and the existing range of straight and curved rail stair lifts located throughout approximately 1 200 of the Housing Executive’s properties across Northern Ireland. The incumbent has advised TUPE will be applicable to this contract.
