IT System Support, Maintenance and Software Development for SEAI Retrofit Programmes

The Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI) has a mission to play a leading role in transforming Ireland into a society based on sustainable energy structures, technologies and practices. The objective of this RFT is to identify one suitably resourced multi-disciplined IT service provider to provide IT System Support, Maintenance and Software Development for SEAI Retrofit Programmes. The primary requirements of the successful Service Provider under this contract can be classified as: •Provision of application, database and system maintenance and support; •Provision of a level 2 and 3 support (hereafter referred to as ‘application maintenance’) to act as a primary point of contact for SEAI and its other support resources, for the management and resolution of all application software faults and errors that arise during the course of the support period; •Provision of software development services and IT project management for the System (as defined at 2.1), as required.
