Tender description

In March 2018, Construction and Procurement Delivery (CPD) organised a Pre -Market Engagement on behalf of the Department where suitably qualified and experienced bidders were invited to complete a questionnaire and to participate in face to face meetings. This helped the Department to gain a better understanding of the feasibility of their requirements, the most appropriate approach to deliver capability, for future potential services and maximise innovation. It also enabled them to assess the capacity of the market to deliver their requirements and any possible risks or issues that may not have previously been considered. The Department is now in a position to provide an update and details on the proposed future delivery models. This will be delivered and shared with interested suppliers at the following event: Date: 9.4.2019 Time: 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. Venue: CPD, Clare House, 303 Airport Rd W, Belfast BT3 9ED. Digital Shared Services Division (DSS) within the Department of Finance (DoF) is in the process of considering options for the future delivery of contact centre and digital capability for the Northern Ireland Civil Service and wider public sector. The NI Direct Strategic Partnership has been extended until October 2022 and the Digital NI Enabling Programme has been established to put in place arrangements to deliver the ability to provide continuity of service for both Contact Centre and Digital Managed Applications as well as the digital transformation capability which Government will require to deliver on its digital transformation strategy. A Clare House visitor’s car park is provided close to B and Q at Holywood Exchange — you are advised to allow sufficient time for parking and the short walk to the building, before your meeting. The parking spaces adjacent to Clare House are dedicated for staff working in the building — visitors are asked not to drive into the main car park. An exception is made for drivers holding a Blue Badge, who should enter the main car park and take an immediate right, to use one of the accessible spaces close to the front entrance. https://www.finance-ni.gov.uk/articles/visiting-clare-house
