Tender description

Enterprise Ireland (EI) seeks to enter into a contract with a suitably qualified single supplier for an interim independent evaluation of the Health Innovation Hub Ireland (HIHI) initiative.The evaluation will be carried out by the successful tenderer who will evaluate the economic, health and cultural impact of the Programme as well as the quality and appropriateness of the work performed to date. The review should make recommendations for any improvements or changes identified within the process. It is anticipated that the work should be completed within four months, commencing Q1 2019 with the contract term lasting for six months.
