Powys County Council “the Council” is seeking to gauge interest in companies wishing to undertake the role of principal contractor on a development of an approximately 35 units of social housing scheme at Heol Y Ffynnon, Brecon Powys. The Council will be appointing by a competitive tender advertised through Sell2Wales and OJEU. The Council is seeking to be on-site by approximately July/August 2019. The development will be in accordance with Welsh Government's Development Quality Requirements (DQR), and the Council's Wood Encouragement Policy. Please note that any respondents to this PIN notice may be contacted by Council officers as part of further market engagement activities.
