Tender description

Provision of recruitment tests over a selection of media, integrated with NR's recruitment systems. Selection test provided by SHL were formerly supplied through a 3rd party agreement. NR has exercised its rights of step-in to this agreement for reasons of statutory compliance and wishes to maintain its recruitment activities until a review and subsequent open competition can be carried out. It is estimated that a subsequent contract resulting from an open competition with be put in place in approximately 24 months. Exemption under Regulation 50 (1) (d) applies.
