Waverley Borough Council (WBC) invites expressions of interest in relation to 2 separate contracts within planned maintenance works, namely Kitchen and bathroom replacement works and window and door replacement works. It is intended that the contracts will commence in April, 2019, and subject to reviews, run for a period of 5 years with the option for renewal, as decided by WBC, for an extension of up to a further 5 years. The maximum duration of the contracts is therefore 10 years. The annual estimated values of the contracts are as follows: Lot 1: Kitchen and Bathroom Replacement Works = 960 000,00 GBP; Lot 2: Window and Door Replacement Works = 300 000,00 GBP.
