MAG is looking to award a 5 year Framework Agreement for a Development and Training Partner, with the first call-off being to work with MAG's People Workstream team to deliver development interventions that significantly improve the customer service capability of managers and colleagues. The development interventions will need to develop the leaders and managers capability to create a climate in which great customer service can be delivered and to support colleagues with coaching and feedback as they embed customer service skills they are learning. Colleagues will need to continue to build on the customer service training undertaken in 2019 to develop customer service behaviours that enable the customer service strategy to be delivered. Tenders who have an interest in this procurement are requested to register your interest in attending the MAG Supplier Day at the Radisson Blu Hotel Manchester Airport on the Wednesday 10.4.2019. Registration for the event will require the supplier to email: Info.procurement@magairports.com Your email must be titled “MAG ID2178 Development Training — Guest Experience — MAG supplier Day” and be received to the Info.procurement@magairports.com email before 15:00 on Friday 5.4.2019. In the registration email please confirm the names of your companies attendee's, the number of attendees per company is limited to 2 persons per company, please provide their name's and their position within the company complete with their contact email address. MAG will commence the process to select a Development Partner via a call for competition contract notice in May 2019.
