Tender description

The contract will cover the maintenance, periodic inspection, servicing and renewal of catering equipment in properties controlled by the East Riding of Yorkshire Council in order to meet its requirements under the appropriate legislation/standards. The contract will include the provision of a 24/7 call out service for emergency response to attend at any applicable location in the East Riding of Yorkshire within the prescribed times. The contract will cover the maintenance, periodic inspection and servicing of Gas Catering Equipment in properties controlled by the East Riding of Yorkshire Council in order to meet its requirements under the appropriate legislation/standards. The contract will include the provision of a 24/7 call out service for emergency response to attend at any applicable location in the East Riding of Yorkshire within the prescribed times. The contract will cover the maintenance of Electrical Catering Equipment in properties controlled by the East Riding of Yorkshire Council in order to meet its requirements under the appropriate legislation/standards. The contract will include the provision of a 24/7 call out service for emergency response to attend at any applicable location in the East Riding of Yorkshire within the prescribed times. The contract will cover the maintenance, periodic inspection and servicing of Refrigeration Equipment in properties controlled by the East Riding of Yorkshire Council in order to meet its requirements under the appropriate legislation/standards. The contract will include the provision of a 24/7 call out service for emergency response to attend at any applicable location in the East Riding of Yorkshire within the prescribed times. Annual storage of emergency/ re-useable equipment is also required for this Lot. The contract will cover the maintenance, periodic inspection and servicing of Rational Combination Ovens in properties controlled by the East Riding of Yorkshire Council in order to meet its requirements under the appropriate legislation/standards. The contract will include the provision of a 24/7 call out service for emergency response to attend at any applicable location in the East Riding of Yorkshire within the prescribed times. The contract will cover the maintenance, periodic inspection and servicing of Tea Boilers and Water Chillers in properties controlled by the East Riding of Yorkshire Council in order to meet its requirements under the appropriate legislation/standards. The contract will include the provision of a 24/7 call out service for emergency response to attend at any applicable location in the East Riding of Yorkshire within the prescribed times.
