Reactive maintenance service and void works to all Grampian HA stock in the below lots: Lot 1: Aberdeen City; Lot 2: Aberdeenshire North; Lot 3: Aberdeenshire South; Lot 4: Moray. We have identified a range of options and are keen to get market feedback on these options. See attached “PIN Information — GHA Options and Contractor Response” for full details. We would ask you to complete this and return this to Nikita.Stewart@grampianhousing.co.uk by 19.4.2019 @ 5:00 p.m. Grampian HA will soon be inviting a range of micro, small, medium and large contractors to tender for a new locally based (Fyne Homes wide) MTC offering the provision of reactive repairs and maintenance and void services throughout the 4 geographic areas in Scotland that Grampian HA operate (Aberdeen City, Aberdeenshire North, Aberdeenshire South and Moray). Grampians HA are looking to engage with the marketplace to investigate and find the best options for all our reactive maintenance and void for all our customers given the diverse geographical area that we cover.
