Provision of Internal Refurbishment Works

Tender description

Brunelcare requires a contractor to undertake a four year programme for the replacement of kitchens, electric heating and smoke detectors. Brunelcare is a Bristol based charity established in 1941 providing high quality housing, care and support for older people across Bristol, South Gloucestershire, North Somerset and Somerset. Housing is provided by 1000 properties across 31 sites, 3 Extra Care Housing Sites, 4 Care Homes and a retirement village. Tenderers are encouraged to attend a briefing on Wednesday 3rd April, when there will be presentations from the Employer regarding the Brunelcare's vision, objectives and expectations and an opportunity to ask questions regarding any aspect of the procurement. At this meeting the Employer will present their requirements, a good understanding of which will benefit Tenderers. Tenderers are invited to arrive from 12.45 pm and the briefing will be commence at 1pm at Brunelcare's offices in Bristol at: Saffron Gardens Prospect Place Whitehall Bristol BS5 9FF Please note you should contact the Employer through the Brunelcare Supplier Portal to confirm your attendance at this meeting and the number of attendees from your organisation.
