Tender description
The Contracting Authorities shall enter into Framework Agreements for special pharmaceutical preparations for blood coagulation factors in accordance with annex 3 (List of Active Ingredients). The total contract extent is estimated to have a maximum AIP of approx. 360 000 000 NOK per year based on previous consumption. The contract shall cover the need at all times. Previous consumption in the previous 12 months is only a guideline for the consumption in the pending contract period. See the tender documentation for further information on the procurement.
