Tender description

5 year consumable loan contract for cross linking machines using Vibex Riboflavin. Instinctive limited is the sole United Kingdom and Ireland distributor for Avedro, Inc. Avedro are the sole manufacturers of Vibex brand riboflavin and the KXL brand Ultra-violet, corneal cross-linking (CXL) machine, which Moorfields Eye Hospital has standardised on across its own estate and satellite clinics. Only the Avedro Vibex brand riboflavin can be used with the KXL brand of CXL machine. The KXL is programmed with specific treatment parameters and the device is activated with the swipe card supplied with every box of Vibex riboflavin, which can be swiped upto 10 times only representing the number of vials per box.
