London and Quadrant Housing Trust are tendering for the provision of the supply of Bathroom Pods for London and Quadrant's Aperture Works development to comply with the Public Contracts regulations 2015. The objective of this tender process is to establish a Framework Agreement with the tenderers and London and Quadrant Housing Trust for a period of two years. This is tender is for Subcontractors only. Rebates will be required. Aperture Works is a mixed use new build development in the Borough of Harrow, North London. The development is broken into 4 Phase comprising of 5 blocks, ranging from 12 to 4 stories. 739 residential apartments, of which 449 are private sale, 108 private rental schemes, 111 are affordable and 71 are shared ownership. The site also hosts an NHS unit, Children's nursery, Supermarket, cafe and a flexible office space. Linked by extensive landscaping, community space and shared surfaces Bathroom Pods Bathroom Pod systems to be prefabricated off site, fully fitted out, tested and UK/EU certified, compliant with all UK regulations, transportable in standard flatbed Articulate vehicle, lifting points for vertical distribution. Comprehensive commercial history in successful Design, Manufacture and Installation within the UK market, Client reverences required. This will be a two stage tender.
