The London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC) is issuing this PIN in order to invite lift contractors to an industry day to present the new Stratford Waterfront Cultural and Education Development which comprises: — Sadler's Wells Theatre, — BBC Concert Studios, — London College of Fashion (University of the Arts London), and — The Victoria and Albert Museum (V&A). This PIN is in relation to the lift package for the project. The Authority will be hosting an Industry day on 5.4.2019 to present details of the project and the lift contract opportunity. The works will comprise all activities required to complete the design and deliver the construction and installation, testing, commissioning and handover of the Vertical Transportation Installations (lifts) — for the SW (Sadler’s Wells), BBC, UAL (LCF) and V&A East buildings together with Vertical Transportation to the Public Realm areas, all within the East Bank Programme on Stratford Waterfront at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. This includes lift cars, lift car finishes, controls, doors, lift shaft lighting, fixings, guide cast ins, supporting steelwork, lifting beam, fire stopping, electrical distribution, protection and some beneficial use. The scope may also include the maintenance of the lifts.
