Norfolk County Council uses Servelec HSC as its main children's education information management system. A new contract has been awarded for 5 years plus a possible extension for a further 2 years for support and maintenance of the existing system only. Under Article 32 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 this can only be provided by Servelec HSC for technical reasons.
