Tender description
Norfolk County Council will be looking to establish a multi contractor Framework Agreement for the provision of minor highways works. The aim of the proposed procurement is to establish a multi-supplier framework to meet the likely requirements across a variety of smaller, non-complex highways civils works. The scope of works to be covered under the framework is likely to include, but not be limited to: — carriageway and footway paving, — junction improvements, — traffic calming, — small-scale carriageway surfacing/patching, — Kerbing and footways, — cycleways, — earthworks, — drainage, — vehicular access, — traffic signs, — road markings, — road studs and cats eye, — car park works, — fencing, — works to rights of way, — small-scale retaining walls and accommodation works, — site clearance, — concrete works, — works from traffic signals. It is envisaged that the framework and subsequent call-off contracts will be established under NEC4 terms and conditions.
