Communal Painting and Roofline Works

Tender description

The project is to redecorate all the previously painted surfaces to the external parts of the building and any communal areas to flats in occupied properties for one year contract period. This project also includes the cleaning / washing down to all the existing upvc windows, fascias, bargeboards and shiplap boarding and also carrying out minor decorative pre painting repairs. Ravens painting cycle is every six years, so if any materials that are due to be painted are in poor condition and deemed defective that will not last until the next painting cycle, they must be identified and brought to the attention of Ravens Supervising Officer who will decide on a suitable course of action. The existing guttering and downpipes are also included and will be cleared of debris and any blockages cleared. Where any guttering and roofline is to be replaced it will be clearly indicated in the tender documents and will be replaced with UPVC materials as per the specification details.
