1 contractor to identify the build up of cladding system on 6+ Storey blocks and propose the best options available to minimise the risk presented by these systems. These proposals will form the basis of remedial works. Please see PIN information document for more detail. Clarion owns 28 buildings of 6 storeys or more with cladding that may be combustible. As such they require investigation to determine risks and potential remedial works to mitigate these risks. This project will identify the build up of these cladding systems and propose the best options available to minimise the risk presented by these systems. These proposals will form the basis of a package of remedial works.
