The aim of the procurement process is to establish a Cleaning Services Contract for Cardiff University owned and operated premises detailed in the service specification. The contract is divided into 2 lots: — Lot 1 – Site 1 (Buildings: Queens Buildings, Trevithick), — Lot 2 – Site 3 (Buildings: Main Building; Sir Martin Evans Building (inc. Security Control Centre); DEVAR building; Deri House; Maths and Education building; Fitness and Conditioning Centre; Studio 49; Park Place Houses; Museum Place houses).
