Warden Control Properties Oxford Area 2019 - 2022 The works will cover the activities listed accordance with the enclosed Specification held at Appendix_A. Works will be carried out to properties owned or managed by GreenSquare Group. It should be noted that GreenSquare is responsible for maintaining the stock of Westlea Housing Association Ltd, its sister company within the GreenSquare Group. These are individual dwellings that are occupied. Any contract resulting from this tender exercise will be for a duration of 3 years, with an optional two (2) x one (1) year extension, from the commencement of Contract.
