Wales National Pool Swansea (“WNPS”) and Swansea University (“SU”) seeks to appoint a single source framework supplier for the provision of a leisure management system and access control for a period of 4 years with scope to enter into a call-off contract for a term of up to 6 years at WNPS and SU discretion, for the provision of a range of leisure management software solutions, supply and install access control equipment, cloud hosting and annual support and warranty services at 2 sites: Swansea University International Sport Village and Swansea University Bay Campus. The supplier will need to be capable of commencing system build no later than week commencing 17.6.2019 to enable the system to be launched and go live on the 4.9.2019 ahead of the start of the next academic year. Wales National Pool Swansea (“WNPS”) and Swansea University (“SU”) seeks to appoint a framework supplier for the provision of a leisure management system and access control for a period of 4 years with scope to enter into a call-off contract for a term of up to 6 years at WNPS and SU discretion. The potential for a 6 year call-off is to provide that WNPS and SU retrieve value from potentially significant up-front costs. This will be a Framework Agreement awarded to a single source supplier. The supplier will provide a range of leisure management software solutions, supply and install access control equipment, cloud hosting and annual support and warranty services. The provision is to meet the requirements at 2 sites: Swansea University International Sport Village and Swansea University Bay Campus. The supplier will need to be capable of commencing system build no later than week commencing 17.6.2019 to enable the system to be launched and go live on the 4.9.2019 ahead of the start of the next academic year. The supplier will need to be able to work around WNPS hosted National Events and academic term times to ensure minimum disruption to the customer experience.
