Repair and maintenance services of central heating

Tender description

South East Consortium will be tendering a framework for heating systems. This will include domestic gas servicing, maintenance, repairs and installations, commercial heating systems servicing, maintenance, repairs and installations and water hygiene risk assessments and remedial works. The estimated total value of contracts over its 4 year term is likely to be 100 000 000 GBP across all lots. Lot 1 is a combination lot of any of the heating framework lots. This is where a SEC customer wants one contractor to cover 2 or more elements from the framework lot breakdown. Lot 2 covers the servicing, maintenance, repairs and installations of domestic heating systems. Lot 3 is for the servicing, maintenance, repairs and installations of commercial heating systems. Lot 4 will be split into sub-lots. Lot 4a will be for water hygiene risk assessments and Lot 4b will be for remedial works.
