Tender description

EMSCU has undertaken a compliant EU tender exercise under the restricted procedure of the Public Contract Regulations (2015) to establish a national DPS Framework Agreement for Body Worn Video Devices, DEAMS (Digital Evidence and Asset Management Software) and ancillary products, services and solutions for a period of 4 years +1 +1 from the 29.1.2019. The contractors shall provide a service through which other contracting bodies can access data which is specified within the specification, this is an indication of the broad specification for services that OCB's may require over the lifetime of the contract. The Provision of Body Worn Video Devices, DEAMS (Digital Evidence and Asset Management Software) and ancillary products, services and solutions is an indicative outline of our requirements and not exhaustive of the provision of data and capability required. The Police and Crime Commissioner for Nottinghamshire and Northamptonshire (the Contracting Authorities) are establishing a multi supplier DPS Framework Agreement for the Provision of Body Worn Video Devices, DEAMS (Digital Evidence and Asset Management Software) and ancillary products, services and solutions. Lot 3: Provision of an integrated Body Worn Video (BWV) Solution according to a specific set of requirements arrived at by a DPS Participant. The initial basis of any “solution” shall be the detailed set of requirements forming part of Lot 1 and 2 but these maybe modified, amended and added to by any DPS User as part of any particular mini competition.
