Consultancy support for MCP Model Options for West London CCG

Tender description

The CCG sought bids directly from a discrete group of appropriately experienced suppliers to provide time-limited consultancy services to work with the local Alliance, other service providers, GP clinical leads, and service users to understand current services and population needs, and develop a clinical vision for a Multi-speciality Community Provider (MCP) model of NHS funded healthcare services and proposals for Integrated Care delivery models. The outcome from this service will include articulation of these models in a way that is clear on the scale of change required and can form part of a business case for NHS commissioner consideration for investment. The work will provide a definition of the clinical vision and longer term MCP goals and outcomes to a level of detail that can then allow for development of more detailed activity and finance modelling work on the scale of opportunity. The support will also define existing and new financial envelopes for ICT and MCP delivery, phased over time and aligned to the proposed MCP clinical vision and delivery models.
