Tender description

Arc Partnership Ltd intend to hold market engagement events for their upcoming opportunity for “General Building works” across the county of Nottinghamshire. Arc intends to award contracts to 2 separate suppliers to enter into a mini-competition framework following a tender process. The framework will be for the duration of four years and the 2 successful tenderers will then quote for individual projects as they become live. This notice is to advertise the market engagement sessions only. A Contract Notice will be released separately and will detail instructions for accessing tender documentation. Currently arc spends circa 2 000 000 GBP a year on general building works — this value would be split between the 2 suppliers. Market engagement sessions will take place at the following dates and times: — 25.3.2019 15:30 until 17:00, — 27.3.2019 14:00 until 15:30, — 27.3.2019 15:30 until 17:00. This notice is to advertise the market engagement sessions only. A Contract Notice will be released separately and will detail instructions for accessing tender documentation. The Market Engagement will be held at Arc's Headquarters: 2nd Floor City Gate West, Tollhouse Hill, Nottingham, NG1 5AT.
