Tender description

The works under this contract are to include for the to appoint a Contractor to carry out general building, painting, decorating and maintenance work within approximately 700 Council owned/occupied buildings in the Bath and North East Somerset area of operations. The key components of the contract are to provide the contractual basis for the following: — maintenance and alterations — maintaining, adapting and altering existing premises through planned maintenance or on “as required” circumstances, — new works — the provision of new building works for new or existing buildings, — painting and decorating — internal and external works to new and existing premises, — provision of free technical advice.
