Tender description

This Framework Agreement is for, but not limited to, the supply and delivery of light and heavy plant. The Framework Agreement is to provide Scottish local authorities and various other Contracting Authorities with a mechanism to procure various light and heavy plant including, but not limited to, excavators, pedestrian operated plant, ride on rollers, towed equipment, static plant, forklift/telehandlers, trailers, loaders, dumpers, dozers, pavers, planers, mechanical chip spreaders, bond coat sprayers, mobile pot hole fillers and pressure washers to undertake vital works and council services. Councils may, if made available, request lease quotations, plant buy back options, disposal of aged plant options and second hand plant purchase options for light and heavy plant across all lots. Supply and delivery of towed equipment for use by Scottish local authorities and other Contracting Authorities permitted to call-off contracts under this proposed Framework Agreement. Scottish councils and various other Contracting Authorities may, if made available, request lease quotations, plant buy back options, disposal of aged plant options and second hand plant purchase options for light and heavy plant. Supply and delivery of static plant for use by Scottish local authorities and other Contracting Authorities permitted to call-off contracts under this proposed Framework Agreement. Scottish councils and various other Contracting Authorities may, if made available, request lease quotations, plant buy back options, disposal of aged plant options and second hand plant purchase options for light and heavy plant. Supply and delivery of forklifts/telehandlers for use by Scottish local authorities and other Contracting Authorities permitted to call-off contracts under this proposed Framework Agreement. Scottish councils and various other Contracting Authorities may, if made available, request lease quotations, plant buy back options, disposal of aged plant options and second hand plant purchase options for light and heavy plant. Supply and delivery of trailers for use by Scottish local authorities and other contracting authorities permitted to call-off contracts under this proposed framework agreement. Scottish councils and various other contracting authorities may, if made available, request lease quotations, plant buy back options, disposal of aged plant options and second hand plant purchase options for light and heavy plant. Supply and delivery of loaders for use by Scottish local authorities and other Contracting Authorities permitted to call-off contracts under this proposed Framework Agreement.
